Legal contributions are made up of three components:
- Stamp duty: 5% of the liability, partial or collision and motor legal insurance premium,

fixed amount (for car CHF 4.20) according to art. 74 and 76 a SVG on the liability premium,
- accident prevention contribution of 0.75% of the liability premium.
